It's loaded with sentiment I'm sure I'd be crying if I were pregnant! Our key characters are a grown up bear and a baby bear, and we see them go through various activities during their day, with the grown up saying what he or she loves doing with the little bear, everything from splashing in the bath to lifting the little one up high so they can see.
